Speedboat transfers are only included with the package rate, not with the bungalow only rate.

Peak Season surcharges apply between 25 Dec & 5 Jan and between 13 - 17 April:
500 baht per room per night or 250 baht on package rates.

Low season = 15 May / 15 Oct, during which the snorkeling trip will be replaced with a trip to the waterfall. Snorkeling will be available in our own bay, however. Low season transfers will be done by the fast "ferry", not by speedboat, due to the possiblilty of higher waves and rain showers in open sea.

All rates include daily breakfast for two persons, but are subject to change without prior notice. The accommodation only rate is based on two persons and charged per room, not per person.

compulsory New Year's party charge: 1500 baht per person for the bungalow rate / 1000 baht per person for packages
compulsory Christmas Party charge: 1000 baht per person for the bungalow rate / 500 baht per person for packages

Children between 4 and 9 years old pay only 70% of the package rate, while children under 4 stay free of charge if they share the bed with the parents.
